Please tell me USSSA didnt really give out RINGS to the winners in the Atlantic Coast Winter Worlds this past weekend in Myrtle...

RINGS for a Rec tourney? What an absolute joke this is becoming, no wonder Freedom has like 4 times the teams down there this weekend that USSSA had this past.

Yes sir, First let me say Freedom is also giving rings again this year for ALL classes,Second maybe you should have taken your guys down and tried your luck and lastly we will be in Myrtle Beach again this weekend to try for two in a row ... Will we see you there ?

Well, congrats on winning first and foremost. My post wasnt directed at any of the teams, more so USSSA for giving away Rings for a Regional Tourney with less than 20 teams in it, so no need to get defensive.

Since you are already a REC World champion and have the rings to show it, Im guessing you will at least have the decency to play E for the 2015 season, right?

No, I wont be heading to Myrtle this weekend for the Freedom Winter World, but best of luck to you and your team in that.

Not gonna get into the argument between the two of you but Freedom has never and still isn't giving away rings for rec class.

Oh there was no argument, but I certainly appreciate your addition to the conversation.

Thats nice to know that USSSA is the only association giving out rings for the REC division.

How many teams ended up making the REC btw? Less than 15 I'm guessing.

Guessing they gave out rings for the E division as well, even though they didnt play by the National rules and allowed HR's, right?

Shaw I am looking at a Freedom ring that was won last year in the 1hr rec. I am sorry stretch please forgive me if I was rude in any way as that was not my intent but the teams that participated cant control the number of teams participating.USSSA advertised it as a World and we did like everyone else was doing and played down 1 class. This team has never played in a rec tournament before and probably wont again .

1 HR in Freedom does not give rings if you would like the state directors number I would be happy to give it to you.

RSB Tobacco won the 1 hr last year and got a ring. They were bumped to 3 hr this year and hope to get another.Since you have is # call him and ask.

RSB definitely won the Comp division last year at Freedoms Winter World Series

Just text him but didn't need to since we played RSB last year. RSB played Comp 3 HR'S lol.

They didn't get bumped you are correct and yes it is a shame they think they played rec cause it was D. Go to freedoms site and look it up.

Lets, get a couple things straight. For one the tournament was a smaller tournament, it was a good tournament though, the E division was good (mix of D and E teams). Rec was strong not going to get into the politics of the rec division. But RSB played Comp last year and won. They stayed in Comp this year, Gj won Lower and got bumped to Comp.

Shaw If I am wrong I am man enough to apologize, but when guys from the team sitting here tell me what they played and got bumped for winning that's all I know. I don't play freedom and don't care to.

All good there are lots of guys out there that just show up and play and don't pay attention to what class. But they don't need to sell themselves short they won comp (D) not rec

He must be a damn fool to not know what he won and me too think Freedom would let them play lower with the crowd that went with them, but I was taking him on his word . Again I apologize .

Did I say I won ? NO ! I said RSB won..Several of my best friends play with RSB.. guess they don't know what they played ? And I guess they didn't get bumped for winning ?
