Whats everyones problem with the teams and directors

I am only asking what is everyones problem with the teams that play lower and if you know anything about softball then you should know our main C teams in NC play CONFERENCE USSSA. If everyone wants to bash all these other teams about playing in a lower division then why don't you come play that division and play by the national rules and see how fun it is. Lower is a contact and defensive game. Upper is a homerun derby. I have played both and yes upper ball is politics and lower ball is fun. So bash all the crap you want about any team, but go play it first. Yes I will say it that all the money is in E and Rec E. Yes their are teams that need to move up and their are some that are in a progression stage of moving up. So the CHEMISTRY has to be there before u can grab your balls and move up. Directors- Yes all of them do the best they can and yes its hard to keep up with every team out there especially when ball players want to go play D ball one wkend and then go play Rec E the next. We see it as coaches but they don't. Cause its thousand players and you cant keep up with all of them. My whole point is if you want to bash teams and levels of play and cry about stuff about NCUSSSA, then how about stay in the parking lot with your beer while the rest of us have fun doing something we love. Upper Ball is HR Derby? Really? You must have played C ball back in the day when it was the equivilent of E today if you think all the Upper teams do it hit HRs.

The upper teams that compete on a week in and week out basis playing C or anything higher definitely play a lot more defense than any D, E or E rec team around. Upper teams are full of guys that can hit, you arent going to make a squad if all you can do is hit HRs.

Let me say this we all play defense and back in the day was not that long ago stretch. But when people want to talk smack about the lower levels about stepping up well its hard these days cause of ones that don't get above the level of D or C. You go where ur team is good at. SIMPLE. I watch a lot of games as a umpire coach and player. So they upper teams do play defense but no harder than any other class. Just saying why pick up people that only hit HR's.

I think it is amusing that people think that the higher levels is nothing more than a HR Derby. We have HR limits, so we can't hit all we want except for this past weekend. Being able to play defense and base hitting is the difference in good teams. BTW congrats to Crossfit/RDU this past weekend for doing well at the Smoky and they are not a HR hitting team. They did it by playing solid defense and good hitting. You guys should watch some of these games and then see what you think. There were alot of Sportcenter type plays on defense this weekend.

Oh I am not pointing fingers but u know he has a right to say what he wants as an opinion. We read it cause we want to but I can write my stuff also. I been around as a player,coach, umpire. I don't care if people want to approach me at a tournament and talk about it but don't think people will get in my face and think its right to down grade the classes.

I am not saying that people dont have the right to write what they want, its just old hearing the bashing that is going on. I play E-rec with a buch of great ball players. Just seem pointless to keep saying the same thing over and over.

I have played and coached the C level. Yes we feel like there is no other class but us and there is D teams that need to step up but that's all of us.

There are some teams that in my opinion that play in the different classes when there are different HR rules for each tournament.
