Just a thought

Here lately there has been a ton for complaining and whining. And now there has been some finger pointing about teams playing down blaming it all on the directors and its all about money. Instead of talking so much and not doing anything about it how about this... IF you look at the who is playing list and if you see a team that you do not like and feel they are in the wrong class then stay at home or find somewhere else to play. The bickering is doing way more damage to the game than the sandbagging is. I do not understand where the desire for competition has went. If a team of so called higher class is in the same bracket as me it just makes me want to play that much harder not cry and whine about them playing down. It seems to me that any team in any class that is a good team everyone else wants to cry that they are sandbagging and everything else. Look on the utrip main site, There is only 6 teams in C. 27 in D. 53 in E and 40 in Rec. Im not sure how the rest of yall feel but only 6 teams in C??? Makes NC look like a bunch of non ball playing slackers. What happened to welcoming competition?

Diezel - I'm a bit confused by your post. Are you saying that teams should welcome competition and bump up to play or quit whining and continue playing those drop down teams harder?

Just saying welcome competition. If its a team dropping down then don't cry and whine step up the game and try and win. Or bump your team up to a higher class and take time to become better. Its a shame that we have no more C teams than we do. Its just the constant crying, whining, and bickering that is killing the game.

You have no more C teams because they prob dropped to D. Half of E is populated by D teams. You talk about comp but when teams consistently walk the dog in a division no matter how hard teams step up to them, it starts to not be fun. Teams just want a chance in their own division.

While I don't like getting thumped by an Upper Division team, I welcome the challenge of playing those teams. It will only make us better. And to be honest, any team can get beaten on any given day. The biggest issue with today is the fact that teams feel they are entitled, just go out and play and enjoy the game. Once again this is a game, how many of us get paid to play?

When Ronald Coley goes to play, he just likes to play. Ronald dont care Bo. Ronald plays hard if he plays ABCDE or REC E. Ronald can throw down a mouse hole on ANemechick ground balls. Go RONALD!!

These guys are trying to make solid points and Ronald Coley comes up here talking like a honey badger. Probably one of those pompous muscle heads who stays in the gym way too long and plays coed ball on the weekend.
