How to join or find a team?

How do people go about finding a team? There has to be a better way than just posting on the forum and hoping someone responds to you one day.

well that way we can get softball tom on the team that he can make the most money with i can say with confidence i think he could get a 500.00 sign on bonus and at least 200 per weekend and a little travel money that is why i ask if you were a agent crazy about softball
