I was poking around the NCusssa website and I saw a few new teams in the tourney this weekend and realized there were a few that were playing Rec that had played D&E tourneys all year and out of no where they're playing rec.....can someone explain that to me?

and I am in no way trying talk smack or trying to disrespect anyone.
