Sounds like big r63 has a problem of winning in softball. Players who wine r usually the ones who suck. Were I'm from there is no place for winers in softball so grow a pair and find a winning team. The way i see it is every player puts his uniform on just like i do so anybody can be beat. Softball is for grown men not wining crybabys.
