What is the point of bumps?? A team does really good in one class so they get bumped up. Then they struggle a little bit so they automatically get to drop back down and do really well again. What's the point?? Like it has been said before no wonder NC teams don't do good at worlds, BC they won't move up and stay up to make their self better. They had rather do really good and not struggle to get better.
