Yes, the Lost Kimba episode is similar to any Kimba episode from the Ultra Limited DVD box set that you own.
To be precise, it has full length (goes on for >20 minutes), but it's special because it has the soundtrack of the rare very first airing (which was much more emotional than the one that is widely available) of that episode, which was soon replaced with the one that you can now find in the Ultra Limited DVD set. I own that episode as well, and I warmly recommend it!
