Yes. I have.
Sometimes, Kimba's ear-tips dissapear, in the episoded "Great Ceaser's Ghost" and "Too Many Elephants" I believe.
Dash is sometimes called Speedy, with a different voice.
Tubby's voice changes from deep and throaty (or something like that) to kinda high-low pitched and very American.
Dot is called Dash.
Pauley Cracker's voice sounds different right after Samson the buffalo speaks, (possibly because Gilbert Mack voiced both characters)?
Speedy Cheetah (the real one) has a very boyish voice, then it changed to kind of girly. Then back to boyish again, it stays boyish through the rest of the episode (which was Mystery of the Deserted Village)
Stretch, a giraffe, at one point, in a WHOLE scene doesn't have her ears!
Kimba's (in the same scene) paw is yellow, not white (the floor is yellow, so that explains.)
Mr. Pompous's voice changes to Pauley Cracker-like voice to the voice that Tubby's changes into, in a scene as well.
Throughout the rest of the series, it is Pauley-Cracker sounding, the way its meant to be.
I'm quite observant, there are probably a whole lot more, but that's all I know.
