Hi Dave, I've removed and replaced 3 cabs and did not have to pull a pitman on any. once all controls and wiring are disconnected, the cab has four bolts to remove and it will lift straight up over the steering shaft once the wheel is removed. Good luck!
I have a 1963 FC-150. I'm starting the restoration process so u need to take the cab off. In order to do so I have to remove the pitman arm but man I'd it stuck on there. Is there a trick to remove them? Can I buy a replacement if I choose to cut it off?
