HIGHER ON THE MOUNTAIN

I want to go higher on the mountain.
Up to the very top, you see.
And shout out to the world below
What Jesus has done for me.
How He took a lost sinner
And from sin set me free.
I want to go higher on the mountain.
Tell the whole world what Jesus has done for me.

I've got such joy down in my soul.
All fear of sin is gone.
I want to go higher on the mountain
And sing the world a song.
A song of peace and joy
That only the Lord can give.
And if you'll come to Jesus today
You, too, can know it's real.

Yes, I want to go higher on the mountain.
Up to the very top, you see.
And shout out to the world below
What Jesus has done for me.
How He took a lost sinner.
Loosed the bonds and set me free.
I want to go higher on the mountain.
Tell the whole world what Jesus has done for me.
