I WISH I COULD WRAP UP CHRISTMAS

I wish I could wrap up Christmas
In pretty paper and ribbons bright
And give Christmas to each one
That you might feel what I do tonight.
 
But, Christmas is something special.
You must find it yourself.
You must open up your heart and receive it
To know the peace and joy that is felt. 
 
Christmas is a wonderful time
And to know the peace and joy it imparts
One must know Christ Jesus as Saviour
And welcome Him into the heart.
 
Will you receive the gift of salvation ?
Will you take Jesus tonight ?
Open your heart and invite Him come in
And know the peace and joy that shines so bright.
