IT TAKES CHRIST JESUS

I tried for awhile
To make it on my own.
But, thank God, thank God.
Those days are gone.

I have learned
There is only one way.
It takes Christ Jesus
Every moment of the day.

I trust it all to Jesus.
He is my Saviour, my Guide.
I'll walk with Him each day.
I have put self aside.

Yes, I tried for awhile
