A NIGHTTIME PRAYER FROM THE HEART

Help me, Dear Lord
To not lead one astray.
If I have wounded one soul,
Dear Lord, please forgive me I pray.

If I have spoke a word
That hurt one down deep.
If I have caused a tear to fall,
Dear Lord, please forgive before I sleep.

Help me, Dear Lord, I pray.
All my sins help me to see
That I might confess, Dear Jesus,
Those sins to Thee.

Please watch over me tonight
And my friends and family.
And when I awake in the morning,
Help me to point someone to Thee.
