PEACE By Chris Peace, peace, the nations cry, many waving banners high, hundreds marching side by side demonstrating far and wide. peace, peace, the people shout, full of unbelief and doubt, but as plans for peace commence, fear and hatred are intense. Peace, peace, just look around, only tension can be found; words of wisdom great men preach, but peace still lies beyond our reach! peace, peace, when will we see men live in perfect harmony? how will violence ever cease? when Jesus reigns as "Prince of Peace." |
