MY HEART LEAPS

MY HEART LEAPS

My heart leaps up
When I witness the birth
Of a brand new day.
It has always touched me
And brought joy
In a certain kind of way.

To see the sun shine
Through at early morning time.
To see the birth of a new day.
I never cease to give
God praise and thanksgiving
For the joy He sends my way.
