EIHL 1-Day Tournament Announcement
We are once again hosting a 1-day tournament. It will include a round robin followed by playoffs.
Format: 4 teams with each team playing 3 round robin games
Playoffs: 1st place gets a bye to the finals, 2nd vs 3rd play in the semi-final and 4th place is eliminated
Rosters:
Draft will be completed quickly once the player list is confirmed
Maximum draft pool: 40 players plus 4 captains
Each team will have 11 players including the captain
Game Format - regular EIHL rules apply:
Two 10-minute periods, Last 2 minutes are stop time if the game is within 3 goals
All penalties are stop time
Minor penalty: 1 minute / Major penalty: 2 minutes (final details to be confirmed)
Entry Fee and Donations:
$25 entry fee per player
$15 per player will be donated to the Sikh Heritage Museum of Canada

Remaining funds will go toward food and drinks. Water and fruit will be provided

Schedule:
Games start at 10:30 AM / 11:00 AM
Tournament will wrap up by 4:30 PM (likely earlier)
30 minutes will be allotted per game for scheduling
We will be introducing a kids “exhibition game” features younger kids of the current players. Details to be announced soon.
