a man who dedicated his life to his country and was willing to die for it, a true patriot was shot and killed in open court. the attack was cowardly as his killer was an extreamist who came here in secret from India working with local terrorist cells and stalking our great hero for months waiting for the most oppertune time to kill one of our countries heros. This cowards name is Udam Singh who killed General Dyer in cold blood, he should be hung.


i just wrote that BS above to show that it is all a matter of perspective. Punjabi's come from a culture that celebrates hero's and martyrs that die or kill for a rightous cause. such a concept cannot be easily understood in the west. thats why you get articles like the one you posted.
