I believe the rules are pretty good. However enforcement is sometimes lacking.

To address some of my concerns from last season. I will have a suspension committee to help me make decisions. This season Curly, Amar, Matt Hall and Gogs will help me decide on discipline. Especially when we are involved in a game or series. You will notice no captains were chosen. This was done by design.

I will also be adding to have penalties for clutching and grabbing. It's like football out there sometimes. Need to the skill back into the game.

I will also add some fines for not playing your full team. As we saw last season this type of crap still continues.
