Proactively manage Dell accounts to ensure on time service at 98% or higher.

Supervise and lead the Dell sort at Metro West facility. Ensure quality and accuracy.

Processing of all Dell freight and accurate record keeping of all shipments, damages and shortages

Proactively communicate issues

Take the lead in managing Service Metrics by monitoring service performance based on time specific results

Assist with the proactive management of all shipments for Dell account

Assist with the OS and D department when required

Dedication to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always achieved
Qualifications


Minimum 2 years in LTL industry

Strong analytical skills for investigating and solving customer issues

Strong communication skills – verbal and written

Demonstrated strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook

Must know Excel macros/formula creation

Working knowledge of Purolator Freight Operating and Reporting systems (CLI, Qlikview, EBE Image Viewer)
