Not sure if this is already implemented but was thinking that if there is a penalty to be called then does the team that is about to get the PP play the advantage (wait for penalized team to touch ball for penatly to be called) or is it penalty is called right away? if not implemented then maybe it should be considered for next season. Any thoughts?
