Gentlemen, the yearly tradition continues, the EIHL will be holding another legendary banquet to celebrate the season that just passed and to prepare for the upcoming season. Like every year, this banquet will require your support and help to make it successful. It is very rare to get everyone together to enjoy each other’s company, let us take some time out of our lives to ALL get together and reminisce, shoot the shit and have a good time.

• Full financial statements will be available after the party, as usual every last cent will be accounted for.


DISCLAIMERS:
• If you are going to cause trouble when drunk you will be asked to leave the party.
• Do not break or damage anything in the hall. Our names are on the line. Anyone who causes damage etc. will be expected to pay to repair from their own pocket.
• This season players who commit any wrongdoings will be suspended from play. Even for minor occurrences, I don’t care if you’re a captain, player etc. Any arguing or other rude behaviour will be dealt with via suspension.
• If you cannot handle hard liquor, stick to beer.
• You don’t have to love each other, but just get along for the night and for the sake of the league.
• The EIHL is for everyone regardless of where you live, who you are and how much you make. Check your egos at the door.
• Get your money into your collector ASAP
• DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE - Please make all attempts to arrange transportation in advance, some ideas include getting dropped off and taking a cab, leaving your car there, public transportation, carpooling with the designated drivers etc. * Note this event sponsors safe and sober driving. A far drive for us many guys so, get dropped off and take a cab back or have someone who will be sober driving please. There will be cabs told in advance so there's no reason to not get one. It will cost you around 10 bucks each if you split it, thousands if you drive and are caught, or even worse. It’s not worth it.

Collecting is a hard job; this party is being planned for your benefit. Everyone enjoys it, please make it easier to organize, get your money to your collector ASAP. Please don’t make us run around. We need everyone’s help, we have planned this party for 50 guests, and we are expecting more and will adjust our planning (purchasing) once money has been collected. Collectors please follow up with your folks, I will send you a list of people you need to collect from. Get all the money into me ASAP. Please have the money in an envelope with everyone who paid and how much on the envelope including yourself.
