I'd contact robin Solomon if I were you. he is in the midwest, but does repairs, conversions from .32 to 209 and sales of older blank guns.
Do a search on his name and blank guns and you should get multiple hits. He is also on Facebook I believe.
Some years back he converted a .32 to a 208 for me. Nice work.
