Boomer finished his first trail season with several wins and placements in both derby and puppy stakes.
His biggest win was the National ABHA Open Derby Classic.
He finished the season as the
2018/2019 Kentucky Field Trial Association
Walking Puppy of the year, and the Walking Derby Dog of the year.
He has been hunted on wild quail, He is a natural retriever that has retrieved 100% of the birds shot over him, he is whoa broke, steady to flush, and backs naturally on site.
Points with his tail anywhere from 9 to 12 oclock. Tail position depends on how sure he is of location of the bird.
Pedigree goes back to Ch Grouse Feather Mark, Ch Havelock Blacksmith Ch See Johnny Run.
I believe with more age and experience the tail will be a steady 11 or 12 o clock position as its based on his confidence of where the bird is at.
Will make excellent hunting dog or possible walking trial, coverdog, or NSTRA dog.
