Nirvana is a big bodies solid dog that runs with class and a high tail. He has a RU CH in a horseback stake.
Star is also a big bodied dog, short coupled, short tailed and runs with tons of drive. He is as heat tolerant as any dog we have. She will run for 3 hours in 80 degrees if I’d let her!
The first breeding of these two was done by AI back in 2015. The breeding produced 8 pups. We held on to most of them to see how they developed and let’s just say we were so impressed we wanted to do it again!
One of the females I kept, Phillips Spitting Image (Dot) won a ton her derby season earning 12 placements in trials including wins in the 2017 US Complete Futurity,
SE Regional Open Derby Classic, and is a 6x Derby of the Year Award Winner in several different regions. She has place in trials in all venues including Coverdog, Walking and Horseback stakes. Dot is built to run, long legs and thin in shape body. Runs with a true 12’o clock tail that she cracks.
