Some of the stuff on youtube, just searching history and Israel, shows some walking through the old temple ruins, the debates about the temple site, the visual prompts about the other areas of historic interest.
Also reading some books like;
"Walking in the dust of rabbi Jesus" by Lois Tverberg
and "Sitting at the feet of Rabbi Jesus" by Ann Spangler and Lois Tverberg
These two do a little of the words of Jewish translation to heighten the significance of the lingo in the bible.
They also embellish on the life-style and customs of the biblical times.
All fascinating. Also helps me see why the reference to the Jews having people pleading with them to teach them will be a time of much learning for mankind. The Jews know more than for which they are credited.
Living in the hills can be useful to avoid the flooding. Going to be a lot of relocated top soil down the lower grounds- similarity to the flooding of the Nile in Egypt.
