I’ve been doing outreach to senior decision-makers for a few months and the results are all over the place. Some weeks I manage to land a couple of conversations, and other weeks every message seems to disappear into the void. I realized I mostly improvise every time I contact someone, so the process feels messy and inconsistent. Is there some kind of structured way people approach these first messages so they sound natural but still lead to booked calls? I keep thinking there must be a repeatable pattern that professionals use instead of reinventing the wheel each time.
