I rent an apartment in Europe. I live here too, but it’s still inconvenient for me to pay rent with my local card because part of my money is still sitting in old accounts elsewhere. I’ve been meaning to sort this out for a while, but never really got around to it. Now I’m having trouble transferring money and paying for the apartment. What could be the problem?
