Try the app we use. Now each craftsman records the stages of work in the app: photos, comments, customer signatures. I can see the full progress without visiting the site, and the work history is automatically saved. This has significantly reduced misunderstandings and allowed us to quickly report to customers. The team works more efficiently and transparently.
