Phone support often took a long time, and even visiting the office in person didn’t speed up the process. The staff were polite and professional but seemed overwhelmed at times, causing delays in resolving queries. Thankfully, their mobile app support was fast and efficient, handling my issue within a short period. Despite the office challenges, Qatar Airways remains a top choice for international travel due to its outstanding in-flight service and commitment to passenger comfort. Improving the efficiency of the NYC office would make the overall experience even better.
