Jumping in because we just finished a smaller hybrid rollout a few months ago. Our biggest surprise was how much time we spent tuning security groups and on-prem firewall rules so they didn’t fight each other. Nothing dramatic, just a lot of tiny mismatches you only discover once real traffic hits. Anyway, good topic — curious to see what solutions others used.
