What really gets on my nerves is when you contact customer support and they take days to reply. You’d think if money is involved, they’d respond quickly, but most sites seem to ignore you once you’ve deposited. The last time I had an issue, I had to wait nearly a week before getting a generic answer that didn’t even solve my problem. It feels like there’s no accountability, and it makes me nervous about trusting them long term.
