Variation issues usually stem from improper configuration. Ensure each variation has its own SKU, price, and stock defined. Also, confirm that the parent variable 'product' is published and visible in the catalog/search. Some Woocommerce POS plugins need specific settings enabled for variations to display. Try clearing the cache and re-importing the product list in Woocommerce POS system.
