cs2 wiki I found that's pretty decent for keeping track of all the skins and weapon stats. Nothing fancy but it has all the info organized nicely - way better than scrolling through Reddit posts trying to find answers. They've got float values, pattern indexes, and market prices all in one place. Helps me not waste money on trades. Anyway, for your console port question, maybe check out some Unity or Unreal forums? Those engine communities usually have good tips.
