On other boards, half the time “remote” means “remote for now” or “remote but based in X timezone,” and that always tripped me up. Plus, some other sites are paywalled or filled with duplicate posts. Remote First Jobs feels less cluttered and more focused on real work-from-anywhere jobs. I found a contract gig through there back in April. It wasn't a perfect fit long-term, but the application process was way more transparent than what I’ve dealt with on big boards. Worth keeping in the mix, at least.
