Yes, we had a similar situation last year. We ignored it for a long time until the children started coughing for no reason. It turned out that the ventilation was clogged. We ordered a service, and after cleaning we really felt the difference. The air is fresh, the heating works quieter and more evenly. Now I'm thinking of doing this every year as a preventive measure. This is really not a whim, but part of home care.
