I’ve been using regular nail files for years, but recently I’ve heard a lot of hype around crystal nail files. Are they really that much better than emery boards? What makes them stand out, and is it worth switching to one? I have really sensitive nails, and I’m curious if they’ll help me avoid the usual breakage and damage. Any personal experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated!
