Hey, does anyone know where I can find detailed info on the stages of recovery from drug addiction? I’m trying to help a close friend understand what they’re going through, and it would be great to have some structured information. It’s overwhelming to figure out what comes next, and I’d like to give them some guidance on what to expect.
