Any professional roofer can replace chimneys; this is a fairly straightforward job for an experienced roofing professional. The roofer climbs onto the roof and usually lowers the chimney back to the ground for further inspection. The chimney size will determine how much chimney repairs or linings will cost. But I would not advise you to postpone fix chimney because of big problems in the future with your chimney.
