Hi! I have had Cricket Wireless for a few months now and am happy with the service. I haven't had a problem with missed calls or anything like that and the coverage in my area is pretty good. The only thing I don't like is that the data speed is a bit slow, but when I called the cricket wireless phone number the company representative explained to me that 5G service is unfortunately not available in my area right now, but it will be soon fixed and I will be able to use high-speed internet on my phone.
