Update to the Latest Released Version of Windows 10.
Update Drivers that Need to be Updated.
Check for Viruses.
Investigate Possible Corrupted Windows File System.
Test to see if Disabling Antivirus Software Fixes the Issue.
Investigate Possible Issues with RAM.
