letsextract https://letsextract.com/extract-emails-from-files.htm is a very useful tool that you can use to parse emails from documents. It's also great for analyzing what kind of emails are in a document and how often they appear, which can be helpful when you want to get an idea of how many times a particular email was sent out. It has a lot of other features as well, I think you should try it
