Typically, these issues may be resolved systemically, such as by updating the required drivers. However, if this does not cure the problem, the system may have been installed incorrectly, in which case it is best to reinstall. If this is ineffective, it was a wise choice to take the computer to a repair facility to have the issue identified and fixed.
