The best thing that helped me was a strict rule: never risk more than 2% of your balance on a single trade, even if the signal seems perfect. Plus, after 3 losses in a row, take a day off from trading. This saves you from tilt and gives you a chance to recover. It's also useful to use a demo account to test new ideas instead of real money.
