Time for some more silly questions for the wise Ole Borgward owners..

The coupé I recenly bought needs rocker panels- there are inner and outer, Yes? Also I need to get my mits on a floor panel OR alternatively a patch panels. Certainly this must have been dealt with before. The frame itself is solid, according to the initial assessment from the shop. This is the first hurdle. Oddly and happily, the suspension and running gear looks dandy under there. The rust is isolated, but pretty bad. I looked on the German site Kevin gave me or my Goliath parts inquiry but didn't see anything on there. The man who sold me the car said any skilled body work guy can do the job, which is in stark contrast to what the man at the Washington state nearby shop says ( he says it will be prohibitively expensive to do without the official Borgward parts). Mexico...

What do you guys think about that?

Hopefully I didn't buy a very expensive chicken coup- or should I say chicken Coupè!
