Dear Mr. O’Brien:
I am very pleased with the new Borgward “Isabella Station Wagon that was delivered to me last week. This is not surprising as it is the fourth Borgward I have owned since 1956, and frankly, if it were not that I need a second car during the summer months, I still would be driving the first one I purchased.
I have found the Borgward an extremely durable car, very comfortable to drive and amazingly economical to operate. The thirty miles to a gallon average, using regular gasoline, is not a myth. Your service garage, under the capable direction of “Jimmy,” has kept my automobile in top-notch condition and the repair bills, including bent fenders, damaged bumpers, etc., are by far the lowest in my experience. I am also very satisfied with the exceptionally high trade-in or resale valve.
I expect to turn in my 1957 “Isabella” sedan next October, and I will call you at that time.
Sincerely yours,
Oliver H. D---------
