2025 355th Takhli Group Reunion - Indianapolis - Important UPDATE

Mike Dunn has sent svrl msgs via the 355th Facebook page about the April 23rd to April 28th, 2025 Reunion in Indianapolis.
Registrations have lagged to the point the formal Reunion may not take place in the same format as in years past. Mike has indicated it may tranform into a less formal Mini-Reunion with some of the same activites but without the expensive charter buses and there would be other adjustments. I don't know about a closing buffet banquet - that was also built into the registration fee and may be changed. Activities will likley all be "Pay as you Enter" and transportation by private vehicle.
I'll post more here as things evolve. I was mainly interested in the tour of the Allison Museum and may alter my plans to attend for a shorter time if it does turn into a Mini.

2025 Reunion. I just got off the phone with William Cook. We will need 45 attendees by the 20 of March. With that number we will breack even on cost. If we did not get that number we will try to get back the money we have put out to the hotel and bus company. After canceling the reunion. The cost of the bus was over $5000. etc, --- Last count I recall was 17 paid registrations.
Here is the original Invite and list of activities. If the Formal Reunion is CANX this will not be the itinerary and I'd not send in any funds to register till you contact Mike Dunn or Bill Cook.
If you are on Facebook check the "355th Takhli Group" for the most recent info. Search for that exact form of the title. There are several other Takhli groups with similar titles. You'll need to scroll down to find Mike Dunn's posts on the Reunion. If not already a member of that private FB Group you'll need to do a JOIN to gain access.
Again - quite a few will be there at the Reunion hotel in that period no matter what. It'll be a MINI if not a full blown REUNION.The activities shown on the invite will not be intact but some will still take place by private vehicles IF the formal REUNION is cancelled.

I have paid and made hotel reservations and will be there but maybe for a shorter stay if the Formal Reunion is canx. Decision day is apparently March 20th, 2025. Best outcome, another 25 or so sign up and the Full Reunion can take place.

Mike Dunn emailed me today, Sat 3-15-25 to say the Reuion is ON as lined out on the itinerary posted in the prior message.
If you can make it please fill out the registration form, with the fee and mail to Bill. Make your own hotel reservation and it'd be good to call Bill and let him know. His number is on Registration form.
