I won my father's service related death claim for AO exposure in a non perimeter assignment. He was a pilot. They admitted that they sprayed that crap everywhere- INSIDE the perimeter, as they were opening the base and to keep the foliage down inside the base. We have photos of agent orange barrels next to buildings occupied by personnel. We have proof that the whole flightline was in the AO drift zone.
I'm happy to give you my argument, the exhibits and their decision for you to use as a map (or as exhibits or whatever will help you the most) Just promise me you will make it available to anyone else you come across who could use it
