I am interested in receiving any info or documentation such as hard orders regarding a recovery mission from Takhli to Tuy Hoa, Vietnam, in late July and early August of 1969. I have been denied for AO exposure (prostate cancer) because I can't prove I was in Vietnam since I do not have a copy of the orders. The names of the team members would be listed on the orders. I'm pretty sure the dates were July 30 - August 2, 1969. The aircraft was an F105 with mechanical problems. We fixed it on the tarmac at Tuy Hoa. Thank you in advance for any info.
