We received word of the passing of retired SSgt Alan Cote. Al was career USAF from 1965 til 1976 with three tours in SEA including Takhli RTAFB. Very interesting to read of his time in the Air Force and later in his civilian, "second career" life.

Alan passed away on October 29th, 2019 and his wife Jennifer provided me with this link to his obituary.
